SOO EXCITED!!

I just picked up my first stingray!! I picked up a 4-5 inch motoro sting ray tonight!!! I am soo happy I have been wanting one for a very long time!
I will post some pictures tomorrow once the ray has had some time to settle in some!

yeah, getting a stingray gets me excited for some reason too. They look great in a monster tank and looks expensive too when guests come over

they deffinatly look expensive. in some areas they jus look illegal to have. all my friends that see it for the first time jus go crazy seeing that i own a freshwater stingray seeing how most people dont even know freshwater stingrays even exist. i just love it. congrats on ur new addition.

I am thinking I may have to switch out the sand I have in my tank! the sand seems to stick to the underside of the rays belly! and my wife has said it looks like the ray has red marks on its belly which I haven't been able to confirm as of yet. But I am so excited to see him there in my tank! My wife is actually happy to have such a cool fish she invited my mother-in-law for a viewing lol

for sure! I brought him home with 50 ghost shrimps for him last night and he has eaten quite a few already! But definatly i tad bit thin, I like to have a nice fat ray here lol.
