Sooty Grunter changing color

The other night I noticed that my Sooty had changed to completely silver, it almost looked like he shoul've been floating. And since then I have seen him do it alot. I'm just wondering if this is normal or if it is a sign of stress. I got a couple of pics but he had already started going darker.

I have had a couple of friends wth sootys that have done the same thing. It didnt seem to have any ill effect. Nice fish btw

Yer thats usual for sootys, mine does that when hes getting chassed by my jar but he also just does it randomly. He goes nice and dark when he chases livies and stuff, so i reocn it would be normal for them to do that.
