One of my RES has a sore on the back of its neck. Pretty sure is from fighting with the other one. Whats the best treatment? Kind of lookslike a piece of soggy dog kibble.

It sounds like you need to separate your two turtles for starters. Are they both males? Do they have enough space to swim and bask? Have you cleaned out the wound at all? You can apply Neosporin to the area and allow it to dry for a half hour or so. Do this for about 10 days and it should heal up nicely.
