I have seen a few fish similar to this, I think they are from a small group like 3 members to the family. I have never seen this fish in person untill recently. Its sitting a lfs. Sorry for the crap pics all I could get in the few minutes I had. Thanks in advance for all replys.

Looks rather thin and undernourished to me. Might have worms or other intestinal parasites. Be careful with that one.
 
That might be an Aequidens sp. 'Jennaro Herrara' (or something like that) from Peru. It is very similar to A. diadema but a little less colorful and maybe more elongate like your picture. It looks like it's going to be a nice fish though!

Looks more like this than diadema, but would need to see a pic with the dorsal and pectoral fins extended to be sure. Diadema aren't a base green, their midlateral spot extends up into the dorsal fin (why need pics of it with fins extended) and the pectoral fins are orange instead of blue.
The facial spot is a bit extended here ... hard to tell though.
