Sorry but here i go again????

I've tried to post my picture of my ray, I got some in my photo gallery but cannot post it in here , hale i like to post a avatar too but I'm not computer smart enough to do these simple things,Sorry to be a problem but ive tried chatting in the photo lounge and it didnt work :

ok here you go to post pics from your gallery simply click on the pic in your gallery to veiw full size image then below the pic there will be two links both say copy next to them the bottom one is the one you want
click copy next to the bottom one then go to your thread were you are adding your pic
right click your mouse and click on paste
a bunch of text will appear
once you post your post then the image will appear

as for the avatar
goto the home page and click directly on your avatar area
then browse your computer to upload a pic or avatar
once it is uploaded hit save changes and bam there you go
