Sound like a good deal?

I found a deal on CL for a 9 watt uv sterilizer and a broken (just needs an impeller) AQ110 for $25 and $10 respectively

Good? Bad? I know an impeller for a 110 is only $15 so I figure $25 for a 110 isn't bad.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't I just bought a new one on eBay for $50 it's a 18w works great. So I'm pretty sure you can get a 9w on there for like $35-$40 free shipping.
