Here's some info on how the tank is going too be:

Inhabitants:
Endler guppies
Red Cherry shrimps
Red Crystal shrimps
Amano shrimps

Plants:
Will go too the LFS when the time comes and buy what i like..

I have been told that 6700k was optimal for a planted tank, but this confuses me a little. I was once very big into automotive where I dabbled with HIDs, and the optimal light output was 4300k (which was supposed ot be the color temperature of daylight), and it also offered the optimal lumens output as well (when looking at a 35watt system.

6700k seems to push you close to the UV color spectrum, which is maybe why its better?

Hopefully someone will chime in.
