So I have a 90 gallon aquarium setup with 2 satanoperca leucosticta (6-7 inches), 4 geophagus redhead tapajos (2-3 inches once larger will keep the 2 dominant and rehome other 2), 6 german blue rams (1 1/2 inches) and 2 apistogramma cacatuoides (1 inch). I want to add a little flashy fast action fish. A big group of tetras. I will be getting them from my local pet shop because its to cold to ship up here to new hampshire and I just dont have enough for shipping charges. So since I am getting from the petstore Im only able to chose from the common tetras that are sold in pet shops. Really dont want neons lol. I went and checked it out today and saw red eye tetras (really caught my eye with their shiny body more info on them would be great!), black tetras, serpae tetras, bleeding heart tetras etc etc cant remember all of them but theyre are a few. These arent my only choices by the way just the ones i could remeber. Anyway. What kind of tetras would best suit my tank and tankmates? I dont want any that will nip my others fins. But want something that will really catch peoples attention. Help!? Lol thanks everyone

I like fish they are my friends. If I could be a fish I would. That is all

Buenos Aires tetra are nice and I believe they should do okay with the listed tank mates.

How about 5-8 blue dwarf rainbowfish?

6-8 bleeding hearts would be a good number

I ended up getting 10 columbian tetras. They were cheaper then the bleeding hearts which were 5.99 which seemed way to much. Happy with the columbians though!
