South American Needle Nose gar.

So i jux recently traded my 5 RBP for 1 south am. needle nose and i got 5 bucks off the small one also. I'd thought these fish would be pretty aggressive but apparently they aren't. anyone noe much about these fish? i tried looking them up on google n stuff but dint really find anything on em. also let me noe how they were in your tanks(if you had em). thanks

How much was the gar??? They are only worth about 15 bucks where i'm from. I would never done that trade. Just my opinion.

the gars were 36 bucks each! i had my rbp for about 6-8months and i started loosing interest in them, i figured it was time for new fish :/

I had one living with a 1 foot oscar and a 7 inch oscar, they were bullying it but it was only in there a week. They definately arent aggressive. I sold mine back to the shop because it was boring.

I have been working with that fishes and they only are aggressive when they are very hungry. They use to eat live food and also use to jump a lot.
