I have just moved to the pax river area and am trying to find a few fishing spots. i am looking at mostly freshwater for now as i dont really have any idea what im doing saltwater wise. i am learning but also really dont have the gear for it either yet. i have been to st.mary's lake a few times and really has not produced very well. iv been there for cumulatively 20hrs or so and only caught 1 small bass a catfish and some average sized bluegill. and that is between both me and my wife. any info that you can give would be really appreciated! You dont have to worry about me fishing out your honey hole either, i catch and release 99% of the time.bout the only time i keep them is if they get gut hooked. no use in wasting a fish.

I am in baltimore but, if you want to make the drive to liberty resivoire there is ALOT of HUGE freshwater striped bass there here are some pics...
