spa fish

my lfs has a tilapia that they are selling as a spa fish. this fish is dark with blue and red high lights what type of tilapia is this how big dos it get and any pics? also any one have one what are there personalitys like?

what do you mean by "spa" fish? not like the ones that eat dead stuff off you in the middle east?

thats what it is supposidly but it is a type of tilapia

The fish is supposed to be Garra rufa, a sucker type fish used to scrape and suck the skin of people suffering skin conditions such as psoriasis.
I don't know when or how Oreochromines came to be passed off as "spa" fish but they did. One can now commonly find O. niloticus referred to as "spa fish" but other species such as O. mossambicus and O. aureus are common hobby "tilapia" than can be passed off as one or the other.
