Spammer: Vote what should be done with him

Some guy is posting porn on this site. This thread is dedicated to determining what punishment should be imposed if only we could catch the guy. I say, starve a 2500 gal tank of pirhanas for as long as possible, then DIP! Oh, do you need a bandaid?

My vote is that he be turned in to the FBI (sex crimes) for distributing pornagraphy to minors, let the @#%$# deal with a felony sex crime charge.
