Spawning ID sharks.

Has anyone on here managed to do it?? I know most websites say it is impossible in captive tanks. If so could you post up pics of the fry?

It will take a HUGE tank, I'd expect something along the lines of 20'x8'x4' as a minimum for breeding. I doubt it is possible for similar reasons to bala sharks.

Actually, the reason I ask is I have done it in a 220 gallon tank, NOT on pourpose, but it seems to have happend. I really didnt think they were big enough to breed, but low and behold I have 6 good sized babys and about 8 tiny ones the size of a needle.

Being that they attain sizes of 36", I'd doubt that a 220 would be big enough, but odder things have happened. Besides that, this thread is USELESS without pics!
