looks like a marulioides or marulius to me.

now that one stands a good chance of being Channa melanoptera ,hard to say unless full fish in view , if not marulioides

maruliodes, the snout and mouth area give it away it drops more than marulia

i think it's maruliodes

unfortunately only 1 pic available so unable to indentify accurately. to me it looks like a marulia more due to formation of white rim scales (flowers) on it's body and side of the head which maruloides do not possess. 2ndly marulioides head is much more round
