I see these blue, red, black, all different color lights with aquariums in pictures, what's the deal with these?

Do different color lights highlight different color fish?

Can you have different color lights on at night that don't disturb nocturnal fish?

blue lights add a great effect at night and the other colours enhance fish colours, eg a red aro will look more red under red light.
