Terms of Sales
1) Pre-order, Special order, and reservation books require 100% payment upfront. Payments are non refundable unless the book is not available. you can Paypal funds directly to: sales@arohouseaquatics.com. make sure to include
3) Prices do not include shipping and handling. Domestic packages are shipped via UPS which includes insurance and a tracking number. (places like hawaii, PR ... is extra), shipping cost varies with the weight of the package.
International shipping is done with USPS which does not include tracking and insurance. We strongly suggest you add it. Arobooks will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items incurred during international shipping. If you need a shipping / handling estimate or further information please contact me with your full address.
4) Estimated arrival time is 3-4 weeks for special order / pre-order books. It is dependent on red tape and customs. We can not and will not gurantee a delivery date since we have no control over these things. We will try our best to get these out to you as soon as possible.
5) Special order books can not be returned.
6) Authorized returns must be returned in "new" conditon in original packaging within 10 days. Returns are subject to a 33% restocking fee minus any associated charges like shipping/handling and transaction fees such as paypal.
