I'm sorry I had no idea what to title this thread... the pictures speak for themselves.

Those pictures are of Deuce, my male Endlicheri Congicus, and Indy, my male Endlicheri Endlicheri.... There was also some rubbing involved between them, and some swimming and shimmying and... yea. Deuce got as excited as a male bichir can get (it... looked like a bowl...). I'm sorry guys I can barely write this lol it's embarrassing! They are both BOYS and they aren't even the same species... what are they doing??? :WHOA:

Yes.... Indy is just starting to go through puberty. I thought he was a girl for a long time until I'd look in and see him swimming about flexing and showing off. Kinda broke my heart at the time... Indy was my babyGIRL and my favorite lol

The Congicus is 14'' and Indy is probably 12''. Been in the same tank together for a year now.

My boyfriend got a video of them but it's too short to worry about uploading. They were almost done by the time he got the digicam. It looked like they were beating their lower halves of their body against each other very fast over and over, then they'd separate only to swim back to each other and do it again.

Are my fish... are they... ***?? Or... should I expect some Endlicheri Conglicheris?

The males anal fin is approx.twice as wide as the females and far more muscular
