Went fishing last night with my dad and my gf, dad cought this guy hes a little bit bigger than a ft.
toulk the heater out of my tank let the water go down to 61-64* acclimated this guy and hes already eating shiners hes around 3lb's

black crappie DEF and with that size it looks around 10 inches and roughly 1lb tops!! the record of a black crappie i think is just over 3lbs.. good try tho. I have a ton of babies of crappie round my house, if your setup works it would be cool to own one.

World record is 4 lbs, I think we might weigh it tonight, And down here we call them specks or crappies but idk the difference

Thanks for the offer but I can get one...unless you can catch some real small ones and with natives best part is you can ship them by priority mail! CHEAP lol.
