Specks on fins, doesn't look like ick...

Hi guys,

Can you please look at a few pics of my fish? It looks like there are some white spots on their fins, but it doesn't look like ich and they aren't displaying any other symptoms (rubbing on rocks, etc.) They are 13" and 11"...

The water params are perfect. Just tested the nitrite, nitrate, and ammonia, all at right about zero. These marks have been there for a while and don't seem to be getting worse or spreading...but still concerning, of course.

Are these just a part of their fins, or something else?

Could be a fin tear that is healing up. I have seen these before on my fish, never seems to cause problems and they go away eventually. Could be some type of fungus, or finrot, but it doesn't really look like that either. IDK haha. If your parameters are fine maybe it's stress related? Seems like when mine get bullied it doesn't heal as fast.

i have seen them too many times. normally not an issue
