Spectraquartz

i know alot of people use the 3m colorquartz but now since its been discontinued im going to switch my 220g over from texas river rock to red spectraquartz. i was recently in clevland and picked up 3 bags so i thought i would post this thread to let you all know how it went. i bought the type q and i beleive it is the larger of the 2 types.

This is just what I was looking for! I wanted a black or grey sand so this is perfect, defiantly let us know how it goes and post a billion pictures

I just called the Spectraquartz people, they say their closest distributer to NC is FL

Wow thats no good. I got a bunch of pics of the switch i just need to get them off the camera and figure how to post them on here, hopefully i will get that done in the next few hours.
