I sure a lot of people on here use it...one more testimonial can't hurt.
Starting using this food 3 days ago on mature Africans and in 6 days colours are twice as vibrant and fish seem more active... A+ gets an A+. I was using tetra colour grans supplimented with brine shrimp a pea & prawn mix i buy from my local fish shop.
Apparently spectrum foods are good enough to be an only food source, judging by the current health and apperance of my fish i would have to assume this is currect.

wait you started feeding 3 days ago how can you get results in 6 days?

the bloke at aquariums are us in Brisbane Australia knows his stuff... told me that Thera A+ is exactly the same blend as the the cichlid formula only it has a few things the cichlid formula lacks couldn't tell ya all of them but he did say garlic...Italian cichlids?. but honistly for the when this lot of food runs out i'm gunna go for the cichlid formula, $5 cheater

Pretty much the only difference is the extra garlic in the formula. It stimulates the appetite more. Better for digestive health. Either one is a great food.
