Canadian speed trap.

Speed controls being used in Eastern Canada

How's this for excellent speed control?

I don't know about you, but this would slow me down!
People slow down and try to "straddle" the hole .....

This is actually a speed control device that is
in use. It is much cheaper than speed cameras.

Pretty clever - especially when moved around
each day. Isn't art wonderView attachment 1a.bmp

lol, that's awesome!

Sadly, here in Omaha, the "speed traps" aren't removable. The last two winters have been hard on the roads.

Those are comming up every where here.
Well not those pot-hole ones but
here in BC a school in Maple Ridge I believe has one of those illusions of a girl running after a red ball. I have been on that street and it really does look like a girl running into the middle of the road.
I don't know if that guy picking it up in the last pic is real because the little girl one is painted on the street. I think it cost around $20,000?
Must be different ways of doing this then.....

wow... very interesting.. this type is probably painted on some kind of rubber mat .. i think anyway.. :D

I hate to be a douche, but im pretty sure that's an advertisement for Pioneer Suspension?

Considering after each hole it says feels like pioneer suspension...

edit: plus in canada, our cops just set up maple syrup stands beside the roads in areas where they want to slow us down. The proceeds go to our army.

iv seen things like this before. they find they arnt effective after a few months

ahahahahahahahahahaha epic

Clever, but i don't think its real. Like another poster noted the pioneer suspension, and i don't think there are palm trees in canada. Looks like somewhere in asia.
