Spiney eels for 100 gallon with 2 tiger oscars?

What spiney eel can live its whole life in a 100 gallon. And wont be small engh to get eaten. And i decided to do otto cats with dwarf puffers. I also mite add a lily pad or other cool plants. I hope u like my choice. And i knw i will like someones idea here. Also wht are some good plants to use in the tank.:confused:
 
Well i can bump the tank up to a 175 gallon. Wht wld be the best tankmate for oscars. I liked the spiney eel like tire track or fire. But wht wld be another gr8t tank mate to rlly show the good looks of the tank. I will take any ideas. Im 15 so im not allowed to order online....So it may have to be shipped in thro my lfs or mayb just a nice looking common fish to make the tank pop!!!!! LIKE BAM!!! RITE IN UR FACE!
 
Can't really answer your question, but are you planning on putting the dwarf puffers in with the oscars and eel? coz if you are, i'd be a little worried that the O's or even the Eel may possibly eat the puffer and both end up dying...

HAHA! srry to confuse u. I mite the spiney eel in the tank with the 2 oscars like a tire track eel or fire eel. And the dwarfs will go in the 30gal in my bedroom. Somone got any thgts!!
 
Those oscars grow fast man , and a 100 gallon is cutting it close for 2 of them adult size. I dont know how big yours are , but a peacock eel would be cool on the bottom. Only FW eel i like is the american eel , they are small but a bunch of them are worse than a pack of pirannahs at feeding time. They may not be able to take out your oscars and might get eaten but man they are wild to feed.

How many silver dollars can live with 2 tiger oscars in a 175 gallon. Or how many american eels can live with 2 tiger oscars in a 175 gallon
 
How many silver dollars or american eels(if they r compatible) can live in a 175 if i trade my 100 in for it? Also 2 tiger oscars in the tank too
 
6 silver dollars would be fine.
 
alrite ill do the 6 silvers and 2 tigers. But wld 5 otto cats and 6 dwarf puffers work?
 
anyone knw if the amount of dwarfs and ottos will be ok together?
