Hi all, kindly recommend affordable and good spinning set please.

For rods check out Ugly Stik made by Shakespeare. They are cheap rods but work really well. They make rods suitable for trout, bass, bluegill, saltwater, whatever. You can get them at any place that sells fishing supplies. For a cheap spinning reel I would look at Shimanos. THey make top of the line stuff but also make some decent entry level equipment.

if i was u id spend a little extra on a reel shimanos deff a good choice 50 to 100 buck will get you a nice reel an for the ugly sticks there not bad for the money at all

thanks for the recommendations, as for the shimanos reel any particular model? i'm kinda on a tight budget :/

Mitchell avocet with an ugly stick. Good combo that can last you for years and still be very sensitive and functional.

cool! thanks alot, I've found a warehouse that sells shimanos rod and reel. I should be getting a full set from there. CHEAP!
