Has anyone had any luck with keeping cichlids with a peacock eel? I have a 7in peacock eel now and would like to start keeping some cichlids. I love some of the dwarf cichlids but I'm afraid they will turn to food when my eel gets larger. Any suggestions on what might work? My LFS has Electric yellow and Electric blue (that's what is says on the holding tank) cichlids that are about 1 to 1.5 inches now. They are only $4 dolloars a piece now and they would look great. I have 150 gallons to stock.
