So my first problem is my 10" tire track eel will not eat anything other than night crawlers.

Second problem is my new 5" fire eel wont eat at all. I have tried with lights on lights off in the morning and at night. No matter what I offer him its just not right.

Any advice on how to get the TT on pellets or something other than night crawlers and how to get the baby fire eating?

Switching to non live food has been random in my experience. After having a TT for a year that only ate live worms it just decided that massivore delight was the greatest thing ever. I always fed the massivore first, and then I followed with the worms. One day the TT eel was just chowing down on massivore along with everything else like it had been doing it all along.

How long have you had the new eel that won't eat at all? I've had them go a while without eating in public when new.

My fire eels ate only earthworms and live ghost shrimp for more than an year.

But from the past few months I've had success feeding them frozen market fish, but only if hand fed, so no other way ATM

I cut strips of thawed tilapia into worm like shapes and have convinced all my eels to eat this they still prefer worms but even with a wormery its hard to maintain their appetite

My fire eel preferred the frozen blood worms at first, once it reached the foot mark it started eating shrimp chunks and red wigglers. If they are in the same tank the fire eel may be stressed with the tire track eel, those 2 don't get along sadly. I am eager for the day my fire can take night crawlers whole, then I can just drop 1 or 2 and be good for a day or so. Frozen shrimp is pretty cheap so I would get some of that raw and cut it into little pieces (after you have skinned it of course). But like I said, blood worms for baby fire until he gets bigger.

My "Spotted" eel will not eat anything but live and frozen. So, I just feed him nightcrawlers, he loves them, he's happy and healthy. You can get nightcrawlers year round at most bait and tackle shops, I know my local bass pro has them.
