I like some of Steven Curtis Chapman's stuff. I have a pretty cool mash-up of that song with an Audio A and a Grits song.

Living Sacrifice is great. Speaking of metal songs, has anyone heard Becoming the Archetype's version of "How Great Thou Art"? Sweet song
 
urgg... I hate how metal bands feel obliged that they have to declare they're christian.. I mean, does it make a difference if they believe in christianty, like, what makes them declare there band is "christian"..

...I'm going to create a Islamic metal band.

Um...Please think before you talk. Or at least, research a bit so you don't sound like an idiot.


1. Living Sacrifice is Christian...Hence the name, hence the lyrics. They never "declared" it. I mean, with your logic, you can apply that to anything... "Ugh, I hate when bands feel obliged that they have to declare they're metal"

2. You are going to create an Islamic Metal band? Been done. Several times. Just to name a few: Orphaned Land, Salem, Eternal Gray, Prey For Nothing, Bilocate, Postmortem
 
Yeah Liam, they're Christian because they're Christian guys who sing songs with Christian themes. I will agree that there are some "Christian" metal bands, ie Christian guys who don't sing songs that are necessarily Christian, but the members are Christian so they try to put themselves under that "label"
