I am planning on getting a jag. I want him to be like a dog, and what do you do with dogs? Spoil them! How would you go about spoiling a fish (food, toys, play with it, ect?)

Feed a huge variety of foods. Get them as small as possible, so they get used to you. Water changes several times a week. A big tank. Some nice dithers. Breed your own feeders.

HUge tank,perfect water, feed it all the best foods you can get and interact with it as much as possible, I think it will soon recognize you and be a better pet! Jags are awesome looking fish!!
its do able i have my hybrid FH/RD that lets me pet him before i feed him everytime i lift the hood he comes two inches from the top water line and lays some what slanted on his side and i stroke him a few times then drop in the food...ill try and get a pic...but he is flash shy and no flash never makes a good pic...but let me see what i can do.
