Sponge filter/ powerhead

So I've got a 2 pack of bacto surge sponges from Amazon in the cart. I'd like to add a powerhead Sponge to my 75 gallon display tank. Any suggestions on something not very loud? Or better sponges? Thanks all.

yes either the power head attached to the sponge filters or maybe a internal filter.

Honestly can not recommend a brand but suggest sponge filter rated for the 75 gallon or larger. Also large enough for you to attach a power head to the sponge filter.
