I have arrangements to pick up 7 pseudotropheus saulosi this weekend and would like to supplement the ac20 I use on my hospital/quarantine tank(20). I believe I have an air pump in my attic and if I do and it works I want to go with a sponge filter. I've never used a sponge filter and can't seem to find any info as to the minimum pump size? Does anybody know this info or know where I can find it? Only need the fish to grow out and inch or so which is why I'm trying to keep expenses at a minimum.
