You sure you're not a zombie? Obviously my fitness still has a ways to go, I usually hover in the low 60s, or down to 50s if I'm very relaxed. It's rare to see people past 50 being properly fit, well done!Running and cycling is my thing. Keeps my heart in good nick. I'm 5'9" and never swerve too far away from 150lb. Resting heart beat of around 45-48bpm. It hasn't always been that way though. When I was a young lad I was too busy at the pub to be exercising. I'm 53 next and instead of slowing down and seeing the middle aged spread developing I feel better now that I did when I was younger.

What helped me previously is realising you don't always need seconds (or thirds, I used to eat a lot).
