spot for new tank

my son is a little over a year old now and has out grown the changing table we have in his bedroom. the first thing i thought of when my wife siad she wanted to move it out of his room was "sweet that clears out a 4.5 foot section of his room, thats perfect for another tank!!!" haha guess the hobby is more of an addiction huh?

very addicting indeed. I took out my whole closet so i could put my 125 in my room. nice spot for a 4' by 2' 120g.

Sweet space but I can see a future flood in your house lol. Go acrylic for the kids room and maybe that will be better.

i am going to run it by the misses tonight and see what she thinks. i know she will want to go saltwater if we get another tank so who knows. and yeah acrylic is the way i would go. hopefully i can get my garage converted before to long and start setting up tanks out there.

BTW i want put a tank in my garage now but am worried that when it gets cold this winter that it will cause problems with the tank. warm water/cold surroundings. does anyone know if that would matter

Not a big deal for salt water but for tropical.....honestly it would be less expencive in the long run to insolate and heat the garage than to try and heat the tanks themselves.
