Spot on my Motoro Ray ??????

Yesterday I posted a thread that I had found a wart like spot on my Female Motoro Ray.
Today the wart looking spot is now becomming white.
I posted a few pictures of the spot yesterday and now the spot today were it is white.

Any ideas what it is?

First 2 pic are from yesterday
last is today were it is turning white

another ray chewed on the spot. my big female motoro gets denticles and when another ray picks on her they always go for the denticles and it will be white.
