spotted gar and arowana

well hello guys i just got a spotted gar around 6 inches can i keep him with my 9 inch silver arowana. in youtube i have seen this combo.
what is the growth rate for a spotted gar faster than or slower than silver arowana

The aro defo grows a lot quicker than the gar

agree too,especially with silver.but,sometimes that is not always the case.i have a FLG and a RTG , i keep the the RTG 1 or 2 months earlier than the gar,but the gar burst out until its lenght are almost equal with my aro

the dimensions in 7 ft x 4ft x3ft. and there is 2 baby tsn as well. and after some time moving then into a 12 x 12 pond even larger if i get an arapaima
