spotted gar growth

i hve 2 spotted gars(8inch & 9inch)..i want to know how long it wud grow upto...and still im not so sure whethr it is florida but i dont think it is florida either on reading th gar blogs...
CAN ANYONE GINE ME TH INFO AND REAL THANX!!!!!!!! IN ADVANCE

u most likly have florida gars. they tend to reach a captive max of 24". takes a long time.
do a search and u can turn up massive amounts of info.

for me they seem to max out at 18 growing EVER so slightly after that point

i found a website about floridas put up by the government in florida. 24" is there average wild growth.....http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/fish/Gallery/Descript/FloridaGar/FloridaGar.html. check that out. says approximate adult length from 13"-34"in
