spotted gar has soots coming up on it...

I recently noticed my spotted gar has bumps on it, on the end of the bumps it's starting to turn red... Almost like little swelled up spots.. Also starting to lose its fins... I've had it for a few months and it's just now starting...

Help please.. We've grown quite attached... Lol

treat for fin rot. for the red spots ant acne cream would do. joking as side add salt and raise temp. good luck
