SPOTTED GARS Available

Hi All,

I will likely be posting this info in buy/sell in the near future, but I figured this was also the most pertinent immediate audience for this info.

We will once again make some of our spotted gars available as we are concluding this phase of the gar research and moving on to some other work (continuing with spotted gars and others). These are specimens from last year's experiments and many have grown substantially.

Please post/PM/email (E_americanus@hotmail.com) if you are interested in a fish. Price is $60 per fish (increase is due to size increase of the fish, but primarily cost of maintaining the fish over time). Two fish are $55 each, 3 fish are $50 each.

Above prices are for shipping (and do not include shipping); PICK-UP price is $50 per fish, $45 any additional fish (Ann Arbor, MI 48103).

Size range is anywhere from ~14" (larger specimens) to ~7" (smaller specimens).

My spotted from Solomon is one of my favorite gars. A very active little guy. I highly recommend his stock.

- also note (to everyone else) fish will NOT be shipped to states where gars are illegal.

how about you build that catapult n fling a couple over. i'd also be willing to trade my "longnose x fl" for a few spotteds..

LOL Soloman I grew up in Jackson and lived in Ann Arbor for awhile now I know why you know so much LOL. Hello again from Tn and if you would like any of my little guys I have been growing let me know we can make arrangements. They are between 3 and 4 inches and growing fast. I will not charge you for fish we would just have to come up with shipping or transportation arrangements. I would be willing to give up up to four of them for your studies. Just let me know.
