Hello. My lfs has spotted headstanders in stock. And since I like flagtails, but only have a 55 are spotted headstanders related to flagtail proch? Since the spotted headstanders only get 4'', think they will do fine with silverdollars, angelfish, and a rapheal cat, and a clown knife for a few months?? Only growing the clown knife out for a few mths. Will they accept lettuce, bloodworms, pellets, and shrimp as part of their diet? I do like their color and it would save me money then to buy a flagtail.

i do not think they are related other than the fact they are both characins, mine eat pellets

I agree w/ ceeej31, but why does it matter if they're related? If you like it then you should get it, you shouldn't get a fish just because it is related to another fish that is more popular.

Spotted headstanders can be pretty hard to take care of. Very sensitive and fragile.
