How can i get it to eat something, ignores bloodworms and now ignores diced shrimp and hasn't eaten in a week, yet still doesn't have a sunken bellie, so it is eatting snails or mosquito fish fry.

so any reccomendations?!

Just feed after lights go off and know that he will eat. What I do is turn off all the lights, get ready for bed, and then sneak back into the dark living room and toss in a few sinking pellets. I never see my raph eat but he's doing great. I can see him from below the tank and his belly has never sunken.

he gets feed around 10pm every night, how i know he isn't eating is there is still the same amount of food as the night before at 9am.

so no ideas on getting him to eat ?

my rapheals go after shrimp pellets anytime of the day if I put them near their caves. Mine will not go after anything "fresh" for some reason, be it worms, cut up fish, etc. Only shrimp pellets, lol

Fish do not go on hunger strikes ... these fish gorge themselves and then go many days without eating. Your fish is simply not hungry. Feed less.

as long as the belly is not caved in- its fine they probably eating when you're sleeping
