spotted rubbernose pleco trouble plz help

ive had my spotted rubbernose pleco for about 4 months now and he hasnt grown an inch. whats wrong?!!!!!

They don't grow much at all. I think max size is about 3inches.

wow thanx i was worried the little guy had a problem or something btw mine is really fast and skittish, is that common?

I agree they grow slow and stay small.
