I have been looking for a rotating spraybar to saturate the bio-balls in my filter more evenlybut no one seems to have them or kow where I can get one.Can anyone help.

Those are super old. You may never find them again. I looked online for a couple days and never found anything, so I went with a fixed setup. There is less chance of failure in a fixed spray bar or drip plate.
You could look into an oscillating sprinkler system or even just some sprinkler heads. I thought about it but never did it.
