Has anyone made there own spray bar?

i guess you could use a capped pvc pipe and drill some holes in it???

Make one at work the other day. We capped a clear acrylic tube and just drilled 2 rows of holes going the length of the tube. Real quick and effective job.

Pvc, Stainless steel, and a spray bar salvaged from a run over sprinkler have all worked for me, I have also used the plastic spray irrigation tubes from garden shops once by running it all along the underside of the lip of an 8'x12' above ground pond, it made a nice sound.

Yep, made a funky U shaped one out of PVC pipe for my wet/dry filter. It was too noisy so I trashed it!

I have made large shower heads out of pvc for my wet drys.

They work great.
