i wouldn't trust it, it won't stick to the sealants or silicone for long and flake. i wouldn't reccommend it. if you're really set on it, try in a small tank, and throw feeders in it for a few weeks, to see if it gives off toxins. but honestly, i wouldn't do it, krylon fusion is good stufff, but i don't think they ever intended it for aqua life
