Spraybars = good?

I've got two fluval 404s. Would it be better to get spraybars for them, or just leave it with the single nozzle? I don't particularly like the thing it comes with; it doesn't seem very good for creating even flow throughout the tank.
And are there different models of spraybars? I see them for $8 per 2 on petsmart website. Those would work, right?

if you dont like the flow then yea sure you would want one, they also promote oxygen conversion

i believe you can make some for cheap. just get some pvc piping from home depot.

i did that a while ago with one of my tanks,
used pvc, capped one end and drilled some holes in it.
also painted it black with krylon fusion because it was an ugly off white colour.

I made that for my tank a while back (fx5 filter), I still never tried to put them on yet.
