I'm going to be digging a pond this spring a d I'm trying to get the best advice in what to use for a liner besides plastic and how deep I should make it , ill post a picture of what the pond will look like later.

I second the EPDM liner. I am currently having my pond rebuilt. It will have an EPDM rubber membrane liner when completed. It will be about 7000 gallons. It is just over 3 feet deep. Now that the backhoe is gone, I wish it were a little deeper, maybe 4 feet.
