Sprung a leak

I came home to this the other day. It was sweating at first, getting the carpet wet. When I touched it trying to figure out what was going on this started.

Looks like a hex tank, this is common of them.

Just put a bucket down and add a drip system to make up for the lost water, you'll be good. AND your water will stay clean.

I'm just kidding. By the looks of the tank, that silicone is WAY old, whats left of it. It's bout time for an upgrade anyways. Just be glad it wasnt worse.

lol now that's making lemonade. The tank is probably 15 yrs old. I'm resealing it now.

tear it apart, clean off the silicone and put it back together with more silicone.

yeah i figured that much i just dont know how id go about holding it tightly together while the glue sets....esp a odd shape.
