Hello everyone!
I just noticed it on the him he is about 2.5 - 3 inches its a nice rimless tank so if I have to medicate I would move him so it dosen't stain the silicone, i turned his heater up to 88. Will this be ok? Its only a few spots, he is eating fine and feces look healthy

Thank you, how much salt per gallon? And can I use table salt? I might have SW aquarium salt in the garage but probably not. Also when would I change the water?

3 tsp per g. Can use table salt. Change the water when the nitrates are high. When replacing the water then also add back the salt.

I wanted to thank you so much for your help, The ich seems to have vanished but I will keep the salt in his tank for the next few days, Hes a trooper, Hes also coming out of his cave more and comes to the top of the tank for food!

You’ll want to keep the salt up for another 10 days to ensure all ich has been killed.
