SRT question

ABout what size do SRT start to peal to red. i ask because a lfs has some srt's all around 3-4inches that still look like carpintis but u can see small tinges of red in some of them.

it all depends on on everything!!! Mainy you water parameters. It all depends on the grade, some RT fade(turn orange or red) when they are young around 2 inches and others fade when larger, my female SRT just got done fading when I bought her and she was 4.5 to 5 inch fish.
