Im new to MFK, recommended from a friend .

My friend is convinced i have a male jack dempsey but i think i have a female. I need a 2nd opinion on this one, thanks.
I also haev a jewel cichlid, and a rubber lip pleco.

I think its a female because of the splotched gill plates, and the majority of its scales being on its head. He thinks its a male because of the pointed fin and the tail. Please leave your opinion
I got 1 person who said it was a male adn one a feamle, on youtube all my subs say female. Please reply to disprove my friend, hes a member on mfk idk his username but thanks .
