your gonna need a permit.if your lucky they will let you go with a warning but they can take the fish. go get a permit from ags much safer.

I don't see a problem importing it from PI to HI but it might take a toll on the fish.

Anyone who knows about the rules regarding importation, please do correct me.

your gonna have to get both party's in touch with each other and I believe with international shipping there is alot more paper work involved and more inspections. also I would hesitate with small shops as there is alot of corruption in P.I.
